I joined Cathedral Appointments in 2002 to support the established Temporary Desk and was given the opportunity to train to become a Qualified Recruitment Consultant. I took over the Office Division in 2003 and in 2004 move to the Technical Division which incorporated recruiting for Logistics, Engineering jobs and Manufacturing jobs at a middle and senior level. This was a big learning curve but I haven’t looked back as I am still heading the division today! This division has provided me with huge scope to work with some fantastic established and growing technical businesses across the South West. I continue to learn about different manufacturing processes and engineering disciplines that my clients require to fulfil their business needs and whilst some are very niche – I love a challenge!

I am also responsible for supervising our fantastic team and assisting them on the day to day challenges that they have, ensuring that we are providing the best service possible to both our candidates and clients.
