This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting high growth business. Due to this on-going growth, our client is now looking for a User Support Coordinator to join their busy office. The key purpose of the role is to provide first class technical customer service to a non-technical audience to support the businesses end users.

User Support Coordinator (Term Time Only) responsibilities include...

  • Providing end-user support for the company software
  • Efficient handling of over 150 user support calls per week
  • Document, track and monitor problems to ensure a full and timely resolution
  • Enhance the user experience by constantly reviewing processes and queries
  • Data processing/database administration
  • Identify, escalate and resolve software issues
  • Undertaking the software subscription renewal process including administration through to invoicing
  • Testing system enhancements and upgrades

User Support Coordinator (Term Time Only) requirements include...

Our client is looking for a strong communicator with first class customer service skills and excellent administrative skills to go with it.
