Cathedral Appointments are seeking an experienced Training Operations Co-ordinator to join a busy office set in the beautiful Devon countryside. The key purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the business’s operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, commercially-aware candidate to progress their career in a forward-thinking business.

Training Operations Co-ordinator responsibilities include...

  • Liaising with other departments to plan training events and courses
  • Liaising with delegates to ensure the smooth running of operations
  • Process sales orders
  • Organise the distribution of materials to field-based staff
  • Monitor stock levels and re-order stock when necessary

Training Operations Co-ordinator requirements include...

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Extremely organised with strong attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness and calmness under pressure
  • Computer literate and a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Educated to degree level desirable but NOT essential
