Training Operations Co-ordinator – Cathedral Appointments is looking for a full-time or term-time only Training Operations Co-ordinator to join our client based near Newton Abbot for a maternity cover contract. Our client is a friendly team who are passionate about providing great training across the UK. As the Training Operations Co-ordinator you will be working with the Training Operations Manager to ensure the smooth running of all training courses.   

Training Operations Co-ordinator – Maternity Cover responsibilities include...

  • Liaise with regional development staff to plan training events and courses
  • Ensure that all courses run smoothly including processing course bookings, organising the distribution of training materials and processing course paperwork
  • Monitor course material stock levels and reorder when necessary
  • Assist with the collation and analysis of training management information
  • Contribute to capacity planning
