This is an exciting opportunity to join an exciting high growth business as their Training Coordinator. Reporting to the Training Manager, the key purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth running of all of the training across the UK.

Training Coordinator responsibilities include...

  • Liaising with regional staff to plan all training events and courses
  • Liaising with trainers, delegates, venues and suppliers to obtain information required
  • Management of in-house courses
  • Processing course bookings for open access courses
  • Management and processing of all course paperwork
  • Ability to extract and analyse statistical data
  • Monitoring course material stock levels and re-ordering stock as necessary
  • Organising the distribution of training materials to trainers

Training Coordinator requirements include...

In order to be considered for this role, candidates should be able to display previous experience within a training or similar commercial environment coupled with excellent communication skills. Strong relationship skills are essential in order to foster strong client and delegate relations as is the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
