Reporting directly to the Training Manager, the key purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of training across different areas of the UK.  The requirements of the job will be many and varied, commensurate with the needs of a dynamic, high growth business. 

Training Co-ordinator responsibilities include...

·         Liaising with Regional Development staff to plan training events and courses

·         Liaising with trainers, delegates, venues and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of courses

·         Processing course bookings

·         Co-ordinating the smooth running of ‘in-house’ courses

·         Organising the distribution of training materials to trainers

·         Processing course paperwork

·         Monitoring course material stock levels and re-ordering stock as necessary

·         Assisting with the collation and analysis of training management information

·         Contributing to the development of new processes, and streamlining existing processes within the department

In order to take on this varied and challenging role, candidates must be able to demonstrate strong administrative skills and experience of supporting with the organisation of training courses would be advantageous.
