Do you have extensive experience of minuting meetings as well as organising papers and agendas for meetings? If so, our client is looking for an individual to join their organisation on a temporary basis for up to three months

Temporary Strategic Meetings Administrator responsibilities include...

The role will require the successful candidate to provide executive level support for strategic and policy related meetings.

Duties will include:

  • Undertaking all aspects of the meeting administration process, in particular minuting of strategic meetings
  • Preparing and circulating agendas, briefing papers and associated papers to include regular meetings with the respective chairs
  • Maintaining a list of actions and progressing as appropriate
  • Arranging internal and external publication of strategic minutes
  • Coordination of policy amendments and acting as an ambassador for corporate standards

Temporary Strategic Meetings Administrator requirements include...

The successful candidate must offer previous experience of meeting administration including minuting and putting together of meeting papers. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is also key as is the ability to manage time effectively in order to meet deadlines.
