Our client based in Cullompton is seeking a customer-focused individual to join their team on a temporary basis, with the potential for the role to develop into a permanent post. The main purpose of the role is to provide excellent customer service to key and strategic customers.

  • Making and receiving telephone calls to customers, ensuring that the customer’s interests are always the priority
  • Always delivering customer service to the highest possible standard
  • Resolving queries in a timely and competent manner
  • Accurately reporting information on customer accounts
  • Getting involved in trade shows on behalf of the company

Applicants should be customer-focused, driven, and energetic, and must be able to demonstrate good communication skills. Applicants should be able to work well as part of a team, and should be able to build and maintain strong relationships. A resilience to demanding customers is essential; candidates should be able to remain calm and in control of all situations and should be able to work under pressure. A good level of literacy, numeracy, and keyboard skills is required. Applications from individuals with positive, friendly, confident, and self-motivated attitudes are welcomed.
