Cathedral Appointments are seeking an enthusiastic temporary administrator to join a well established business in Exeter. This is a full time role that is expected to last 3 months, from mid-June to September. 

Temporary Administrative Assistant responsibilities include...

  • Respond to email and telephone enquiries and from internal and external contacts/customers
  • Track and provide updates on customer activity
  • Converse with customers and co-workers at all levels with confidence
  • Offer general support to customers and provide quotes
  • Provide administrative duties as needed 

Temporary Administrative Assistant requirements include...

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working in a similar environment is desirable
  • Highly organised with strong IT and data entry skills

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with office-based experience to enhance their administrative skills and work in a busy team. The successful candidate will be highly organised with a positive attitude and a personable manner. In return, our client offers a highly competitive salary. To be considered for this role, you must be available to start work on Monday 12th June.
