Cathedral Appointments are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join a growing business on the outskirts of Exeter. The successful candidate will come from a customer service background and have extensive experience in SQL. This role will require the post-holder to build a passion for the product and be able to articulate technical information to a non-technical audience. 

Technical Support Analyst responsibilities include...

  • Support call handling
  • Perform technical tasks such as site configuration, set up dashboards, data imports, data modification
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Work directly with clients and seek resolutions for business issues
  • Answer user queries
  • Produce database scripts on an ongoing basis
  • Perform customer user training when required
  • Develop scripts, macros and programs to automate technical tasks
  • Develop reports using SQL, JSP and Logi Analytics

Technical Support Analyst requirements include...

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A polite, confident and friendly manner both in person and over the phone
  • Experience in SQL, XML, XSLT and Microsoft Packages
  • Able to work to clear deadlines
