Team Secretary - Cathedral Appointments is looking for a proactive and experienced Team Secretary on a Temp to Perm basis, however permanent candidates will also be considered, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Our client is a successful business based in the heart of Exeter who offer a broad range of specialist services to their clients. The successful candidate will be a good team player, with strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to prioritise and multi task work while under pressure.

Team Secretary responsibilities include...

  • Audio and copy typing
  • Proof reading documents
  • Filing, archiving, photocopying and binding documents
  • Updating or producing schedules and presentations
  • Raising job and fee invoices and completing expense claims
  • Team diary management including arranging travel / hotel and meeting bookings
  • Answering phone calls and dealing with enquiries
  • Open, action and distribute mail 

Team Secretary requirements include...

  • Always maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients and colleagues
  • Quick and accurate copy typing
  • Excellent organisation, coordination and prioritising skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multitask and work accurately
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to continuously produce high quality and accurate work
