An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced recruiter to join a dynamic and fast paced organisation  to drive forward their talent acquisition and recruitment strategy. We are seeking a skilled relationship developer who can utilise their personal impact and winning mentality to work hand in hand with key business leaders to source and attract the best employees for the business.

Recruiting a wide range of office based roles, from administrative staff to sales personnel, management and professional roles across the business, this role will suit a successful recruitment consultant seeking to move to an in house position

Basic salary up to £28000 with fantastic earning potential with an OTE of £40k+ pa., 

Talent Acquisition Recruitment Executive responsibilities include...

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

·         An in-depth understanding of each vacancy including the value of the role, the required behaviours and fundamental skills/knowledge/experience sought

·         Ensuring our role profiles are accurate and honest, and that they will attract and excite the right people for the business

·         Take the lead on creating exceptional advertising and marketing campaigns across various media channels, employing innovative techniques (working in partnership with the Marketing team)

·         Scope out and apply a range of fun, interesting and engaging selection methods including video shorts, assessment centres, tailored interview questions, presentations and face to face interviews

·         Map out the candidate journey to ensure candidates experience the brand and all the company stand for, who they are and what they offer

·         Manage any interim and temporary requirements for the business through 3rd party suppliers

·         Lead, inspire and motivate a small team to deliver exceptional service, delivering agreed KPI’s based on quality, value and volume with regular ROI reporting

Talent Acquisition Recruitment Executive requirements include...

·         A ‘winning’ mentality, positive approach, tenacious and fast paced

·         A minimum of 3 years recruitment experience, ideally within the permanent market, accustomed to managing a volume of open roles

·         Exceptional communicator, strong relationship builder, first class presentation skills

·         Highly IT savvy, able to operate across a wide range of channels, platforms and systems

·         A self-starter with personal energy and a desire to achieve and succeed

·         Firm commitment to providing a quality service in line with brand values and vision

·         Smart and professional, able to make a great impression and build a reputation

·         Team orientated, helpful, someone who engages with people easily and genuinely

·         Able to juggle multiple tasks, setting realistic and honest expectations

A good education level is a prerequisite to ensure you can operate at the required level, and Professional Recruitment Qualifications (REC or equivalent) would be highly desirable, as would experience or certification in Psychometric testing and selection
