An exciting opportunity to join a leading professional services business as one of their Support Team Leaders overseeing a team of PA’s and Administrative Assistants across the department.

Support Team Leader responsibilities include...

  • Working closely with the Head of Department to manage internal moves, advise on performance and help pass down communications
  • Providing proactive PA support to a team of lawyers
  • Performance management of the direct reports including conducting appraisals, identifying key talent and succession plans as well as identifying training needs and coaching and mentoring the team
  • Managing and monitoring holiday and other absence within the team
  • Undertaking research on clients, potential clients and new business opportunities

Support Team Leader requirements include...

The successful candidate should be able to display previous PA based experience within a professional services environment coupled with experience of people management. Key to this role is an individual with strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop individuals to ensure the department provides a first class service at all times.
