Cathedral Appointments are seeking a Software & Testing Coordinator to join an exciting high-growth business in Newton Abbot. This is a full time permanent role, and the successful candidate will have experience providing first class technical customer service to a non-technical audience. 

Software & Testing Coordinator responsibilities include...

  • Working with software partners to aid the development and testing of system enhancements
  • Identify and resolve day to day software issues
  • Continually seek to enhance the user experience by constantly reviewing processes and monitoring queries
  • Database administration
  • Make meaningful contributions to the full development cycle
  • Occasionally cover 1st line support when needed

Software & Testing Coordinator requirements include...

  • Experience in testing projects and contributing to software development
  • Experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • General appreciation for data protection in a sensitive support environment
  • Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a collaborative team

This role would suit a candidate who has experience on a helpdesk/1st line technical support OR a candidate with experience in a testing and software development environment. The successful candidate will display strong communication skills and be adaptable to the changing needs of a high-growth business.
