My client, a rapidly growing construction business are in the process are currently in the process of setting up a new site and are seeking an experienced administrator to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Site Administrator - 12 month contract responsibilities include...

  • Provide efficient and effective administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of the office
  • Provide clerical assistance to the Project Manager, Engineers and site staff as and when required
  • Manage the document control system
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies
  • Liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation
  • Responsible for weekly compilation of time sheets for staff & site personnel
  • Provide a first point of contact service for any queries, both internally and externally
  • Provide general administrative support such as word processing documents, filing, faxing, photocopying and maintaining office records
  • Reception duties

Previous administration experience is essential, ideally from a construction or related background, other backgrounds will also be considered. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, be happy working independently and have a genuine drive to learn and develop.
