Service Advisor

Cathedral Appointments is looking for a full time Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established and market leading technical appliance company in Exeter. The key purpose of this role is to handle enquiries surrounding servicing and warranties whilst providing general administrative support. The successful candidate will be a good relationship builder with first tier communication skills.

Service Advisor responsibilities include...

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Receive telephone and email enquires and mange accordingly
  • Handle complaints in a calm and diplomatic manner
  • Log information on the CRM system
  • Work alongside the Engineers to plan and schedule their visits
  • Raise and process invoices
  • Liaise with the warehouse and distribution companies to ensure timely and accurate distribution of our products and spare parts.
  • With training, assist in the resolution of technical queries

Service Advisor requirements include...

Requirements of the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Highly numerate and literate
  • Brilliant organisation skills
  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Ability to take in new information and training
  • Strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of MS Office
