Their award-winning principles of outstanding quality and control systems have lead to them being the largest UK company in their field. They are ideally looking for someone with previous Administrator experience in a similar field, to support the service engineers and process job sheets, as well as dealing with customers both face to face and over the telephone. There will be a lot of data entry involved in this role, so the successful candidate will be hard working and have strong attention to detail. This is a full time, permanent position, although job shares will be considered.

Service Administrator responsibilities include...

The responsibilities of the Service Administrator are:

  • Processing job sheets from the company's service engineers
  • Entering information accurately onto company database and CRM system
  • Handle in-bound telephone and email enquiries confidently and re-directing where appropriate
  • Meet and greet customers as required when they come into the office
  • Any other administrative based duties

Service Administrator requirements include...

The requirements of the Sales Administrator are…

  • A hard working and can-do attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good IT skills especially with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Dynamics)
  • Knowledge of AXIS software would be advantageous, but not essential
  • A good team player
  • Highly organised with good data entry skills
  • Experience working within engineering/manufacturing industry would be desirable, though not essential
