Key Responsibilities:

  • Influence strategy and develop the HR operational function to meet business needs
  • Deliver people related initiatives across the business
  • Develop and implement employment policies, reward and recognition schemes
  • Support the development of high performing teams at all levels that will enable the business to build and retain a competent, capable and motivated workforce
  • Lead the HR Team in delivering HR solutions to support business objectives
  • Support and govern recruitment and selection processes for core labour and agency staff ensuring legal compliance (including AWR) and process consistency, building strategic partnerships with recruitment providers to establish preferred suppliers for key recruitment areas

The ideal HR Manager Requirements:

  • Relevant HR and Change Management experience
  • MCIPD preferred or evidence of continued professional development
  • Full HR Generalist skill set with sound knowledge and understanding of current UK employment law

As Senior HR Manager, you will bring strong HR experience, both operationally and strategic covering HR and Change projects and be competent to identify and manage operational risk.
