My client is seeking a senior level generalist to join their team initially on an interim basis. We anticipate the initial requirement for be for 3 months whilst the recruitment process is completed for the permanent post, and the interim post holder will be considered for the permanent position.

This is a busy, demanding senior Human Resources Business Partner post, and the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate significant experience at this level. Working alongside another HR generalist and reporting into the Head of HR, you will support a dedicated client base within the business.

Senior HR Generalist HRBP responsibilities include...

  • Managing a range of ER issues
  • Dealing with confidential and often sensitive cases 
  • Coaching and advising the management team 
  • Recruitment and talent acquisition 
  • Working closely with stakeholders

Senior HR Generalist HRBP requirements include...

An up to date and thorough working knowledge of employment law and good practice is essential for this role, as is recent experience in a business partnering role at this senior level. Experience within manufacturing is highly desirable

This is a hands on operational role where you will form an integral part of the HR service, providing a robust and effective business partner service to the organisation. Working very much as a team, you will be supported by a shared service administration team.
