My client has an urgent requirement for a senior level HR generalist to join their team on an initial 3-month interim basis with an immediate start date.

The successful candidate will already be working at a senior level and have expansive advisory experience. Whilst it is not essential to come from a formal business partnering role, this position calls for an individual who can operate at BP level, providing solid support to a number of stakeholders at any one time.

This is a busy and challenging role which will not only involve a range of often complex ER issues on a day to day basis, but will require the post holder to get involved in a range of commercial business issues and projects.

Working within a team setting, you will need to implement change and solve problems. There is not always a defined policy or process to refer to, so a high degree of business acumen, commercial thought and Employment law knowledge are essential.

Senior HR Advisor/HRBP - Interim responsibilities include...

  • Supporting the management of complex and often sensitive ER issues
  • Dealing with confidential and often sensitive cases 
  • Working closely with the SMT, coaching and advising as required 
  • Involvement in the recruitment and talent acquisition 
  • Working closely with stakeholders to manage and resolve a range of business-critical issues or situations

This is a hands-on operational role where you will form an integral part of the HR service, providing a robust and effective advisory and business partner service to the organisation. Working very much as a team, you will be supported by a shared service administration team.
