We are seeking a career-focused HR Professional who is ready to make the step up into a Senior HR position. You will be responsible for providing high level HR Support across this fast paced and demanding organisation, developing and delivering the HR strategy. The successful candidate will already have extensive commercial HR experience gained at HR Advisor level or above, and will be hungry to take on a more strategic partnering role within a commercial business. Senior HR Advisor responsibilities include...

  • Provide positive, forward thinking and team orientated ideas and contributions to the overall HR function
  • Create strong relationships with all key stakeholders
  • Providing day to day support to line managers in all areas of ER to include disciplinary, grievance, performance, redundancy and absence management
  • Provide innovative, forward thinking solutions to complex problems
  • Drive and deliver the wider HR strategy in line with the overall business objectives
  • Seek positive solutions to issues, preferably without the need for formal process
  • Taking responsibility for individual projects and working efficiently to tight deadlines
  • Dealing with complex, confidential issues 

Senior HR Advisor requirements include...

  • Ambitious, proactive and forward-thinking
  • Previous experience as a HR Generalist, as a HR Advisor or HR Manager
  • An excellent communicator, influencer and engager
  • Skilled at supporting, coaching and advising managers on a wide range of staffing, people and employee relations matters
  • CIPD qualifications are not essential however an update to date working knowledge of Employment Law is essential
