My client, a reputable business based in Exeter is looking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator on a 6 month fixed term contract. The main purpose of the role is to support the sales team and respond to existing and prospective customer requirements by responding to enquiries and processing orders.

Duties include:

  • Communicating with customers in a professional manner both verbally and via email.
  • Receiving and processing orders
  • Update customers on their order status by liaising with different departments
  • Enter and update company operating system accordingly
  • Contacting customers to confirm delivery of orders and action accordingly
  • Maintain sales files
  • Maintain and monitor stock levels
  • Liaise with third party suppliers
  • Work as a proactive member of the sales support team
  • Occasional switchboard cover
