My client based near Tiverton, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join their growing business. This is a busy and varied position and would suit someone with excellent interpersonal skills who is able to work quickly with high attention to detail. 

Sales Support Administrator responsibilities include...

  • Being the main point of contact for all customer queries, both via email and telephone
  • Sending new customer e-mails.
  • Advising customers on products available
  • Preparing and sending quotations
  • Processing customer orders
  • Prepare shipping documents
  • Sort outgoing mail

Sales Support Administrator requirements include...

Due to location, candidates must have a full UK driving license and have access to their own car.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to work quickly and efficiently whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy at all times. They will have excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in a customer facing role. A good understanding of Microsoft Office is essential along with a positive and proactive approach.
