My client is an award winning software and service sales company working with some of the world’s leading software tools. Their software links some of the world’s largest organisations, it’s used in most major industries and can be found in companies small and large. The company sells their services in the business to business market space with customers across the UK.

We are looking for a tenacious, motivated individual with a real desire and drive to progress their career within IT/Software sales. The successful candidate will focus on driving sales of 

software and services across our range of products through careful and enthusiastic qualification of warm leads and enquiries.

Sales Executive (IT Software) responsibilities include...

·         Conduct a needs analysis for each unique account and consult on industry best practices

·         Manage client accounts throughout the entire life cycle of the sale

·         Pursue qualified prospects via telephone

·         Achieve/exceed monthly sales quota

·         Manage all aspects of building and maintaining a sales pipeline

·         Stay abreast of industry trends and strategic competitors

·         Represent the business at seminars, industry trade shows and conferences 

Sales Executive (IT Software) requirements include...

·         Proven sales experience in a customer led fast paced environment

·         A natural communicator and people person, able to build rapport with ease

·         Excellent questioning skills, naturally inquisitive and engaging

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Effective time-management, planning, and organisation skills

·         Ability to explain and demonstrate technical solutions in non-technical, business-focused language

·         Strong consultative selling style skills

·         Team orientated with the ability to work collaboratively with others 

·         Experience with or similar CRM

·         Comfortable using and learning new technologies

In addition to a highly competitive basic salary and great benefits, you can earn uncapped commission which is assessed and paid both quarterly and annually.
