My client, a reputable business based in Exeter is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. 

Sales Coordinator responsibilities include...

The main purpose of the role is to provide admin support to the sales process, from procurement to payment, and add value to the customer’s experience. Duties include

  • Responding to incoming customer enquiries via both email and telephone
  • Advise customers of their order status
  • Conduct end of day customer service calls to confirm delivery received in full, in spec and on time, and action accordingly
  • Process customer orders on time and error free
  • Ensure that all order information is entered accurately onto the system
  • Liaise with suppliers to secure competitive, quality transport of goods between storage facilities, and to customers

Previous office based experience is essential along with a good understanding of Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will be confident and organised with excellent customer service skills and a positive approach.
