Fast-growing Health & Fitness brand who have created a niche product within the industry are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager/Executive to help drive forward the sales process.

  • Ability to set out strategies for business development – working with company Director
  • Minimum of two years work experience: previous account management and/or sales experience and with developing new accounts
  • Ability to provide sales quotations to clients as necessary
  • Highly motivated with strong commercial awareness with the ability to use commercial knowledge to increase profit and business growth
  • Full driving license required

·         Previous experience working with a small or new business

·         Previous experience using CRM Software – ideally SalesForce

·         Ability to use our existing database and enquiries to create sales

·         Excellent telephone manner

  • To respond to customer queries and to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively

·         Sense of urgency to get tasks finished

·         Well organised and flexible

·         Previous customer facing sales experience which has given you excellent relationship building and new business prospecting skills

·         A good head for figures and business finance

·         Ability to rise to the challenge of meeting and exceeding targets, with ability to keep the customer satisfied at all times

·         Previous business to business sales experience

·         Ability to build a rapport with customers old and new to maximise sales and profit growth

·         Working in a small business must be a team player and happy to ‘muck in’ with anything that needs doing including general research

·         Strong interest in Health & Fitness (absolutely essential)

·         Must have strong computer skills, verbal and written English

I’m looking for an all-rounder interested in working with a small team, helping with a variety of different areas of the business. Ideally, I am looking for a talented sales professional to create new business. Your time will be spent winning new business and managing existing accounts. This is an opportunity to work with an exciting and fast growing business.

Basic salary of £18-£24,000 depending on experience + commission.
