My client, a rapidly growing business based in Exeter is looking to recruit a bright, confident individual to join their team as a Sales and Office Coordinator on a permanent basis. Your role will be to support the team through administrative duties, whilst ensuring smooth running of the office. The company is seeking a person with excellent administration and teamwork skills preferably with a background in the food and drink industry. Italian speakers highly desirable. 

Sales and Office Coordinator responsibilities include...

  • Answer the telephone
  • Ordering stock
  • Generating presentations for customer meetings
  • Liaising with Italian suppliers
  • Assisting with customer requests
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date

Sales and Office Coordinator requirements include...

  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • IT and keyboard skills
  • Great communication skills
  • The ability to work well in a team
  • Strong organisational skills
