The purpose of this role is to provide efficient administrative support along with reception duties. Ideally, you will be from a manufacturing/engineering background and comfortable building a rapport with all visitors and clients both in person and over the phone. This is a full time permanent role with the view to start as soon as possible.

Sales Administrator/Receptionist responsibilities include...


  • Taking and forwarding phone calls from customers
  • Handling enquiries both over the telephone and via emails
  • Order handling and dispatching goods
  • Taking payment and creating invoices for Tradesmen
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Taking sample requests and sending out to potential clients
  • Handling physical documents and scanning them onto the system

Sales Administrator/Receptionist requirements include...


  • Experience in an administrative, office-based role preferably in trade environment
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to work efficiently and ability to learn about new products
