The initial purpose of this role is to provide general administrative support to the company’s high performing Product Division but may evolve into a more varied Accounts Executive role as the company progresses and expands. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and responsible individual with initiative and a great work ethic.

Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:

  • Sales support
  • Responding to enquiries and handling paperwork
  • Customer contact and maintaining customer account files
  • Processing orders and ensuring prompt delivery is arranged
  • After-sales support
  • Invoicing and payment checking

Requirements of the Sales Administrator:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Highly numerate and literate
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Ability to take in new information and embrace on-going training
  • Strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of MS Office
