My client, a growing car dealership based in Honiton are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The main purpose of the role is to provide admin support to the sales process. Duties include

Sales Administrator responsibilities include...

  • Recording of new vehicles and invoicing as needed
  • Booking used cars onto the system and organising payment
  • Checking documentation after sale
  • Arranging payments

Sales Administrator requirements include...

Previous motor trade experience would be ideal along with experience working with Kerridge, however, other backgrounds will also be considered. Candidates should have excellent attention to detail along with excellent communication skills. A good understanding of Microsoft Office is essential.
