My client, a well established business based in Exeter are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. The main purpose of the role is to provide admin support to the sales process, and add value to the customer’s experience

Sales Administrator responsibilities include...

  • Responding to incoming customer enquiries via both email and telephone
  • Advise customers of their order status
  • Prepare invoices
  • Run reports on sales figures
  • Process customer orders on time and error free
  • Ensure that all order information is entered accurately onto the system

Previous office based experience is essential along with a good understanding of Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will be confident and organised with excellent customer service skills and a positive approach.
