Revenue Management manages the accurate reconciliation of all company income. This includes supervising the team on a day to day basis to ensure a balanced work flow is processed accurately and timely and in accordance with processes and procedures.

Revenue Manager responsibilities include...

  • Manage Advisor / Planner relationships with regards to revenue and reports service delivery
  • Implement Revenue Management policies and procedures
  • Supervise and manage the team of Revenue Administrators
  • Provide on the job training and other training opportunities
  • Evaluate staff performance, provide supervision and appraisals
  • Identify and respond to team performance matters
  • Chair team meetings
  • Design, maintain and audit filing systems
  • Design, maintain and audit procedures for record retention
  • Ensure data protection principles are applied
  • Ensure accuracy of files
  • Plan and implement office systems, layout and equipment
  • First point of contact for IT queries
  • Support compliance activities and ensure team operates in line with group compliance Controls
  • Conduct interim and final file checks on new business
  • Prepare performance reports for the Director of Operations
  • Attend and participate in Line Management and Supervision with the Director of Operations
  • Interpret and support the Business Plan and delivery of a profitable business.

Revenue Manager requirements include...

  • 3+ years financial services experience, banking, insurance, finance
  • Must ideally hold a certificate in Financial Planning as a minimum, a Diploma in Financial Planning is desirable
  • Experience of leading a team in size of 6-8 staff

This is an intrinsic role and works closely in terms of management. So you will also work closely with the financial reporting team. So the ability to understand both sides of the business and how one effects the other will be key.
