Cathedral Appointments currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established, prestigious firm in Wellington as a Legal Executive.

Residential Conveyancer requirements include...

Background/Skills:

  • -You must either be a qualified Legal Executive or Solicitor
  • -You must have proven experience within Residential Conveyancing and managing your own caseload
  • -You will demonstrate a good technical ability whilst prioritising a busy workload
  • -You will be a strong team player, with exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail
  • -You will have excellent IT skills; including the use of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
  • -You will be able to demonstrate a strong client focus and a commitment to delivering a high quality and professional service in a cost-effective manner

Business development forms an integral part of this role and you will be actively involved in networking and raising the profile of the Firm locally, attending local functions and community events.
