A rare opportunity to join a leading business services consultancy as an Account or Relationship Manager. Our client drives efficiencies in key business cost areas such as Finance, Energy, Telecoms and Business Services and prides itself on its customer relationships. 

Relationship Manager responsibilities include...

  • Maintain awareness of market trends, client and competitor activity
  • Put the clients and prospects at the heart of what you do, making sure that all engagements are profitable to the client and yourself
  • Contribute to revenue and profit expectations by achieving engagement and KPI targets
  • Complete a fact find for each allocated Direct member, which identifies business opportunities and documents agreed actions
  • Work with the Head of Distribution, Team Manager and Business Development team to maximise your panel of clients’ engagement strategy

Relationship Manager requirements include...

  • Organised and methodical
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and face to face
  • Be commercially aware
  • Have a demonstrable record in client management and retention
