A unique and exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Officer looking for a 3 month contract to recruit a brand new team within our subsidiary business.

Providing advice and guidance on all recruitment and selection matters and applying best practice in recruitment activities to ensure compliance to related legislation you will pride yourself on delivering a personal and professional internal recruitment service.

Recruitment Officer responsibilities include...


  • Use CV sourcing websites, our database, social media and referrals to attract candidates
  • Advise on selection activities, offer informed decisions in securing talent and present shortlists of candidates to hiring managers,
  • Telephone interviewing
  • Ensure pre-employment checks and compliance
  • Liaise and negotiate with external recruitment suppliers
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to fully understand the roles, expectations and skills required within the business and the positions.
  • Work closely with the HR Administrator and ensure a smooth recruitment process throughout.

Recruitment Officer requirements include...


  • Managing a volume recruitment project, managing the end to end recruitment process
  • A thorough knowledge of relevant employment legislation
  • Commercial Awareness
  • The ability to be creative with sourcing using social media, marketing tools and advertising
  • Well developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)- building relationships with key stakeholders and external sources
  • Experience in recruiting within property services or construction is desirable
