Cathedral Appointments are currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to join a long standing professional services business based in Exeter. The successful candidate will provide a first class level of customer service to all clients aswell as proving general admin support

Receptionist responsibilities include...

Duties include:

  • Meet and greet all clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Preparing rooms for meetings, ensuring the room is maintained to high standard
  • Collecting and processing the post
  • Maintaining office and building supplies
  • Photocopying and providing admin support to fee earners
  • Audio typing as needed

Receptionist requirements include...

This is a busy customer facing role in which the successful candidate will be required to remain professional, approachable and courteous at all times. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office-based reception role and will be organised and proactive with a positive approach.
