A well-established Honiton-based Law Firm based are seeking a customer-focused and presentable receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous office and reception experience, however, candidates from a hospitality background would also be considered. 

Receptionist responsibilities include...

  • Greeting clients with in a warm and welcoming manner
  •  Receiving deliveries
  • Ensuring that all telephone calls are responded to using an excellent telephone manner
  • Delivering accurate telephone messages to the relevant person
  • Organising meeting room bookings
  • Setting up telephone and conference calls
  • Ensuring the reception area looks smart and professional
  • Providing admin support as support as needed.


  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible to operate with minimal supervision 
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A presentable individual with a smart and tidy appearance
  • Basic IT competency, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and a good typing speed
