My client, a leading law firm based in Exeter are currently seeking an experience Receptionist to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. This is a busy client facing role in which excellent communication skills are of the utmost importance. 

Receptionist responsibilities include...

  • Meet and greet all visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Deal with all incoming calls, transferring them to the correct person or taking messages as required
  • Ensure reception area and interview rooms are tidy at all times.
  • Manage meeting rooms and ensure they are booked as and when required.
  • Assisting with administrative duties as required, such as mail shots and some typing duties. 

Receptionist requirements include...

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience reception experience within a Professional Services environment along with excellent organisational and communication skills. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential along with a friendly and confident demeanour
