Our client, an Exeter based Creative Agency are seeking an experienced Receptionist/Office Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a busy customer facing role in which confidence and excellent interpersonal skills are of the utmost importance. 

Reception/Office Manager responsibilities include...

  • Answer all calls quickly and efficiently and in a friendly manner.
  • Welcome all visitors, get to know them and build a relationship with them.
  • Diary management (director diaries, staff holidays, boardroom availability, car parking)
  • Set up client meetings, refresh and clear away
  • Maintain the backup drive
  • Ensure the agency is safe & secure every evening
  • Open and distribute post / take post to Post Office as and when needed
  • Check invoices and credit notes against delivery notes
  • Update client contact database
  • Support services to client account handlers – varies every day and includes things such as, copy checking, image sourcing, proof reading, typing, printing and binding documents and organising couriers

Reception/Office Manager requirements include...

The successful candidate will have previous office based experience, ideally having worked within Reception, however, other office based experience would be considered. They will be friendly and confident with excellent communication and multi tasking skills and a positive ‘can-do’ approach to work.
