My client, a well established business in Exeter are looking for an experienced administrator to be the first port of call for any incoming enquiries. This is a busy and varied role in which the successful candidate will need to have excellent organisation and communication skills. 

Reception/Lettings Administrator responsibilities include...

  • Being the first port of call for incoming enquiries, either in person or over the phone
  • Open and distribute the post
  • Deal with any existing queries from landlords or tenants
  • Prepare tenancy agreement
  • Process reference checks
  • Update the website and databases

Reception/Lettings Administrator requirements include...

The successful candidate will have previous office admin experience, excellent time management skills and be able to problem solve. Experience working within property would be ideal, however, other admin/reception backgrounds will be considered.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and organised administrator looking for a busy role in a well established business on a permanent basis. The hours are Monday to Friday and working a shorted day one in three Saturdays.
