My client, a market leader in their field have an exciting opportunity for someone with first class people skills to join their team in Exeter on a permanent basis. This is busy and varied role including both administration and dealing with customers on a daily basis. Duties include

Reception and Hospitality Coordinator responsibilities include...

  • Hospitality of Training Centre, including room preparation
  • Arranging catering for courses and meetings
  • Managing the stock list for hospitality
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Arranging and booking meeting rooms
  • Arrange car-parking for visitors
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Booking travel and accommodation for employees

This is a busy customer facing role in which the successful candidate will be required to remain professional, approachable and courteous at all times. The ideal candidate will have experience providing a first class service within a customer facing role either within hospitality or a corporate environment. They will be organised and proactive with a positive approach.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is currently working within hospitality who is looking to move into an office environment or someone who is looking to progress into a customer facing role.
