This is an exciting opportunity to work for a multi-site business with a team based in Exeter supporting the South West area.

Project Administrator responsibilities include...

Reporting to the General Manager, key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting projects with day-to-day administration and keeping managers up to date with activity on projects
  • Monitoring and maintaining compliance of projects
  • Dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail to ensure accurate records are maintained
  • Organising meetings within the business and externally with clients
  • Maintain project sheets for all projects
  • Collate and produce papers for meetings
  • Management of expenses and costs relating to project

Project Administrator requirements include...

Candidates must be able to display experience within a similar administrative role with experience within a project environment being advantageous. The successful candidate should also be able to work on their own initiative and take responsibility for their own workload. Strong IT skills are also key including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as first class communication skills.

This is a varied and challenging role and will give someone the opportunity to work within a fast-paced and busy environment.
