PR & Marketing Manager - Part time

Part time PR & Marketing Manager vacancy working for a fantastic estate in the leisure industry. As PR & Marketing Manager your focus will be to uphold the recognised brand, whilst continually developing the up market and professional image of the facility. Reporting to the General Manager, you will also be required to liaise in house with the Estate Manager, Head Chef and Front of House team, as well as external PR and marketing agencies.

The work pattern for this role will be a 3-day working week (circa 24 hours) and will be over 3 full days on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday. These are the busiest days for the venue, and you will need to be present to ensure that events are captured and marketed to their maximum effect. It would be possible to alternate the Saturday with a Sunday every other week, but otherwise the work pattern is as stated so please do only apply if this works well for you on an ongoing permanent basis.

PR & Marketing Manager - Part time responsibilities include...

As PR & Marketing Manager your main responsibilities will include the following: -

  • To identify effective and relevant marketing, sector and social media groups to belong to and orchestrate the addition to the company’s portfolio.
  • To grow support and followers across all media channels.
  • To analyse data and demographics of potential customers who express an interest in the facility and target marketing and exposure accordingly.
  • Plan marketing campaigns centred around an event or subject and propose a strategy for the site to embrace and promote those events.
  • Creating and commissioning the 2018/19 wedding brochure and property brochure, as well as other marketing collateral.
  • Organising and attending press events, wedding open days, tours and visits etc.

PR & Marketing Manager - Part time requirements include...

To be considered for this PR & Marketing position, the successful candidate will offer the following: -

  • Ideally qualified in a relevant Marketing qualification.
  • A proven background in a similar diverse marketing position, ideally within the Leisure or Tourism industry.
  • A natural creative flair which can be adapted to various elements of the marketing mix.
  • A confident communicator, with the ability to build positive relationships with people at all levels.
  • Commercially focused.

As PR & Marketing you will be required to work 3 days a week, with one of these being over the weekend to meet the demands of the business.
