Cathedral Appointments are seeking a project management professional for an exciting PMO Coordinator role in South Devon. Our client is an innovative, dynamic eCommerce business who are experiencing consistent growth. This newly created role is the result of increasingly busy Project Management Office – the purpose of this position is to support the Programme Manager in the delivery of key projects, from large-scale technology rollouts to simple software issue management. 

PMO Coordinator responsibilities include...

  • Support the development of an effective Project Management Office – this includes continually maintaining project documentation to suit the changing needs of the business
  • Define and develop all project management processes for both waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Administer and produce communication materials for the Programme Plan
  • Manage Project Governance processes and events – this includes monitoring progress, keeping actuals/forecasts updated and ensuring that reporting is consistent
  • Support Project Managers and Business Analysts in project administration, contract approval, statements of work and purchase orders
  • Ensure the weekly/monthly time log is maintained
  • Coordinate all PMO meetings

PMO Coordinator requirements include...

  • Experience working in a fast-paced project-led environment
  • Experience in an agile environment is highly advantageous
  • Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to forge key relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and to changing priorities
  • PRINCE2 qualification is desirable
