Partnerships Executive

Cathedral Appointments is recruiting for a Partnerships Executive for a dynamic integrated marketing services company based in Exeter.  The Partnerships Executive will act as the main point of contact for the company's business partners, building and maintaining excellent relationships in addition to managing the internal business requirements for any new service requirement. This is a varied and busy client focused role where you will be negotiating and on-boarding new business partners, providing internal business data requirement management and client project support (print and post).

 

Partnerships Executive responsibilities include...

  • Proactively research and find new data partners
  • Manage and support new data partners through an in-depth on-boarding process
  • Collate and manage data deliveries from data partners throughout the year
  • Own and be responsible for on-going relationship management to strategic partners and service providers
  • Oversee the payment schedule and invoicing for contributors and services
  • Manage contract renewals for strategic partners and service providers
  • Support the business development team in developing new business services and scouting potential sales opportunities
  • Liaise with all departments who work with partners to ensure that they are getting the right product/services, for the right price
  • To attend internal and external training sessions as and when appropriate to increase skill set.  Plus be responsible for continually updating your product knowledge as well as sharing best practice skills with colleagues.
  • Running specific client project support
  • Remain up to date and educated on current regulation relevant to the business
  • Researching and supporting the strategic development of the department
