Cathedral Appointments are seeking a Training Coordinator on a part-time basis to join a busy office near Exeter in an exciting period of growth. Reporting directly to the Training Operations Manager, the successful candidate will ensure that the company’s training programme runs smoothly across different areas of the UK. This is a busy and varied role, thus requiring a dynamic and focused individual. 

Part Time Training Co-ordinator responsibilities include...

  • Liaising with regional staff to plan training events and courses
  • Processing course bookings
  • Co-ordinating the smooth running of in-house and open access courses: liaising with trainers, delegates, venues, and suppliers and processing paperwork
  • Organising the distribution of training materials
  • Ordering stock relevant to training courses as necessary
  • Ensuring the smooth handover of delegate follow-up to another team
  • Assisting with the collation and analysis of training management information 

Part Time Training Co-ordinator requirements include...

Candidates who have experience in a training or education environment, and who are educated to degree level will be given preference, although these prerequisites are not essential. Our client is looking for someone to work approximately 22.5 hours per week and flexibility will be offered around full or part days.

  • Ability to work on one’s own initiative and as part of a team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills: good working knowledge of MS Office suite
