Cathedral Appointments are seeking a part time Personal Assistant/Administrator for an exciting city centre opportunity in Exeter. You will be working closely with a dynamic entrepreneur with numerous business interests to support to his day to day activities.

This is an extremely varied role, and the post-holder will be performing duties such as secretarial work, report writing, typing, research, procurement and logistics coordination.

Part Time PA/Administrator requirements include...

The successful candidate will be IT-savvy, with experience using Excel, particularly PivotTable and PivotChart. You will be extremely well presented, articulate and able to conduct yourself in a corporate setting. Due to the varied nature of this role, you will need to be robust and able to use your initiative whilst working to multiple briefs.

 In the short term, this varied role will be based in a temporary office on a large-scale development site – parking is available. Working hours are flexible; our client anticipates that this will be around 20 hours per week.
