The role is available immediately and will run until the end of November. Our client is a charity who do excellent, worthwhile work and the successful candidate will be comfortable dealing with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

  • Input new referral information onto the database and provide administrative support to the team
  • Take incoming calls and dealing with customer care issues
  • Dealing with messages and accurately relaying them to the support team
  • Update written and computerised records with accurate and clear information.
  • Deal with invoice enquiries from clients and process invoices accordingly
  • Checking returned timesheets and looking after sickness/holiday records
  • Deal with confidential and sensitive information
  • Ensure security of data, especially sensitive personal data, in line with their polies

Part-time Administrator requirements include...

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to prioritise and use initiative
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Equally effective working independently or as part of a team
