Cathedral Appointments currently have a fantastic opportunity for an entry level Paralegal to join the Real Estate team of a dynamic, regional firm based in St Austell. This role would be ideal for a Law graduate looking for their first Paralegal role, as full training will be provided and there is the prospect of building a long-lasting, successful career.

Paralegal (Real Estate) responsibilities include...

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting Fee Earners within in the team with a variety of Real Estate work, providing essential support in terms of documentation preparation and general administration
  • Assisting with the management of a caseload of files, dealing with a range of property work, including; landlord and tenant, land purchases and sales, and occasion residential property work

Paralegal (Real Estate) requirements include...

Background/Skills:

  • A Law degree or a degree combined with Law
  • You will have exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a professional, confident manner
  • You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with stressful situations in a sensitive manner
  • Excellent time management skills
  • You will be self-motivated with a positive attitude to your work
  • You will have excellent IT skills; including the use of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
