Our client is a leading professional services business with offices across the UK. As they continue to grow and develop, they are now looking to recruit a PA to work and support the Executive Directors and assist them in an efficient and coherent manner. This is a key appointment for the business and they are looking for a commercially astute individual that can be proactive in their approach to work. 

PA to Managing Director/Directors responsibilities include...

  • Acting as PA to two Directors, including the MD, arranging diaries, booking travel, and filtering phone calls and emails.
  • Researching and overseeing an office relocation including premises, space utilisation, liaison with landlords and maintenance
  • Organising strategy days, internal training sessions and external events
  • Keeping all HR processes including appraisals, inductions and staff handbooks
  • Overseeing the recruitment and induction process for all new employees
  • Dealing with general enquiries to the business including keeping up to date on current projects to ensure an informative point of contact
  • Responsibility for general office management including post, couriers, office supplies etc.

PA to Managing Director/Directors requirements include...

Candidates should be able to display previous experience within a senior level PA or administrative support role coupled with a strong commercial acumen and the ability to proactively manage workload. Our client is looking for a forward thinker, someone who can be ahead of the game and come up with new ideas and processes as and when required. Confidentiality is also key as the successful candidate will be privy to a large level of sensitive information. A high level of IT literacy is also essential with the ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel at an advanced level of distinct advantage.
